How to connect your Sirona scanner with Digital Dental Network

The Sirona Connect online portal allows your practice to send a digital impression directly from your Sirona intraoral scanner to the DDN laboratory (even while the patient is still in the chair). This allows you to receive immediate feedback from our lab and minimise the risk of order delays or errors, saving your lab time and increasing profits.

To connect your Sirona scanner with DDN and make DDN your preferred provider, simply follow the steps below (or download our useful Sirona Connect guide here).

1. Go to http://www.sirona-connect.com/ and log in.

2. Click My Account > My Favorite Recipients.

3. Select Australia as ‘country’ and 3039 as ‘zip’ (you may also seach by name, city, offerings or services).

4. Click Start Search.

5. Once you have found Digital Dental Network (we should be second on the list), click the orange "+" sign (in the right-hand column).

6. After performing a scan session on your scanner, you will be able to click on connect, login and send the impression to directly to DDN.
